If you did not receive the confirmation email: You should get it within minutes, if you have not got it within a half hour possibly it is in your spam/junk folder, unfortunately we can not help you if it is not, most likely it has been blocked by the incompetent spam filtering of your email provider.
Possibly they have a way that you can specifically allow all mail from us, in that case you could wait a few days for this attempt to be auto deleted from our system, & then try again.
We recommend using Gmail instead, there are many other email providers, but Gmail is now the only major free provider that has not yet blocked our system mails at some point.

If you keep getting redirected to the FAQs page: Email your username & email address to us, subject line must be: PureTnA Access Problem.
If your login fails: Use the forgot password link under the login box to have a reset password sent to you.
If you received a new password but still can't login: Forward the second email, the one containing the password, to us (preferably not as an attachment), the subject line must be: PureTnA Login Fails. If you are receiving any error/s other than login failed please quote it/ them in the top of the email.
